- Account Balance Report -- Fixed an issue where totals could be incorrect when exporting the report to file.
- Posting -- Fixed an issue that could occur if an inventory item with a large stock number was posted.
- ASH Reports -- Fixed an issue that could cause certain fields on the ASH reports to print out of alignment.
- Automatic Insurance List -- Fixed an issue an error could occur after sorting the Insurance List, and deleting some entries.
- SOAP Notes -- Fixed an issue that would prevent carriage returns from being saved correctly when notes are entered.
- Task Manager-- Changes made to the page setup options in the task manager will now be saved.
- Patient File -- Fixed an issue that could cause an error to occur if a patients gender was left blank after creating a patient file.
- Conversion -- Fixed an issue that could prevent telephone numbers from being converted correctly when they exceeded 10 digits in length.
- Header -- Fixed an issue that would prevent the Total Charges/Credits/Adjustments area from being updated correctly when postings are removed through edit posting.
- Daysheet -- Fixed an issue that would cause long Case types to be printed incorrectly.
- NYWC C4-- Fixed an issue that would prevent the full patient's diagnosis from being printed.
- NYWC C4-- Fixed an issue that would cause box 3 to mark both yes and no
- SOAP Notes -- < Fixed an issue that would cause an error when attempting to save a note immediately after deleting a note.
- Calendar -- Fixed an issue that would cause the New Appointment screen to appear when any key was pressed.
- Claims -- Fixed an issue that could cause an extra line to be placed into an electronic claim file, if Box 19 was filled to capacity.
- Line Item Posting-- Fixed an issue that could cause the starting balance on an account to change incorrectly while entering payments.
Enhancements:
- Database Utility -- Security sensitive information will only be displayed when viewing the database tables, once the security password has been entered.
- Account Balance Report -- CSV, Tab Delimited Text and XLS export options will now no longer add extra column headers throughout the exported file.
- Report Writer -- Modified the 'Edit Phrase' button to reflect the fact that phrases can be added or edited by selecting this option.
- Daysheet -- Interest additions on the daysheet will now be labeled 'Aging Interest'
- Daysheet -- Separate daysheets will now print each Doctor on a separate page.
- Conversion -- Modified the conversion utility so that it correctly displays the application name.
- SOAP Notes -- Sorting the SOAP notes and then printing will cause the notes to be printed in the same order as displayed on screen.
- Fee Schedule -- Modified the Tax column to allow for the entry of a ?
When posting an item with a ? in the Tax column, you will be prompted to enter a value for Tax. Entering a Y will cause the sales tax calculator to appear when the posting is saved. - Inventory -- Added an option to add Shipping methods on the Inventory, Purchase Order's screen.
- Posting -- A warning message will now be displayed if an attempt is made to save a posting with no description entered.
- Special Occasions --The merged letter area now contains a dropdown list for letter selection.
- Merged Letters-- Letters are now selected by using the dropdown instead of the pick list.
- Claims -- Box 24J now allows for the printing of up to 13 characters.
- Liens -- Made some grammatical changes to the Plain Paper Lien.
- Search Report Generator --Added descriptive warning messages in the event of no results being returned.
- Calendar --Non Patients scheduled in the Calendar can now have a telephone number entered.
- Calendar -- Calendar now prints up until the very last appointment, even if that appointment is beyond the clinic end time.
